How do I submit a User Support Ticket?

Step 1

Go to the app or website where you accessed our Offerwall initially.

Step 2

Click on the ‘Menu’ icon

Click on the Menu button

Step 3

Choose ‘Reward Status’

Step 4

Choose the offer for which you wish to submit a ticket.

Step 5

Click ‘Submit support ticket’

Step 6

Fill in your contact information, upload proof and submit ticket.
